A Message To My Generation

Dear Generation,
I believe in you. Let me say that again, I believe in you. All of you. You are capable of anything. You can change the world. I know being in this day and age as a teenager is hard. You have to constantly be thinking about your image, your grades, your words, your family, your car, your gas, your job, your friends, your significant other, all of it. It is a lot to juggle every day. I also know that you often feel like since you are a teenager, all you are good for is making mistakes. That you are never going to get anywhere because all this world does is shut your dreams down. Even your own parents treat you like a child and expect you to act like an adult. When you mess up just once, you are automatically not good enough, or a failure. You have so much to balance and it takes just too much energy to prove them wrong. You even believe you can not prove them wrong. You believe you will never be anything: you will never reach your dreams; you will always be a mistake and a failure. All you want is to be young again, or be older so you can make something out of your self.
Listen to me, you can and you will prove them wrong. You are not a failure. Your mistakes do not define you. Dream big because you can accomplish your dreams. Set goals and go for them. You are more then you think you are. Just because you are young doesn't mean you can't impact this world. You are impacting this world.
Now let me stop you right there. Because we have been downed so much for so long, we have begun to act poorly. Because they said we were failures, and good for nothing. Please do not conform to this. Be one who proves this world wrong. Dear generation, please grow up. Stop acting like children who let what others say or think of them define them. Stop not trying to do better. Stop trying to fit in. Stop not fighting when it gets hard. Stop making stupid decisions that you know will ruin your life but you don't think enough of yourself to do any different. Stop letting the world define who you are. Stop being children, and please, grow up.
There is nothing wrong with being mature. There is nothing wrong with overcoming stereotypes and acting like a grown up. You have the life style of a grown up, so act like one. So many times we have to go through the fire of hell to see that we need to grow up. Don't wait to make a difference. Don't wait to act maturely. Why do you keep waiting for yourself to change? Why do you keep being reckless just to fit in? Why do you keep letting your self conform to stereotypes? Just because you have only ever known stereotypes does not mean you must become them. Light your match and burn them. Burn the stereotypes which keep you from being the best you can be! Burn the shell the holds you back! Break the walls of lies and destructiveness. Take a sledgehammer to the lies you have been told!
Dear Generation, please never conform to what they say we are. Don't be afraid to be different. Change the reputation the world has given adolescents. Don't let the lies and stereotypes keep you from changing this world: from changing the way you are perceived. Don't wait to be a leader. Don't wait to grow up. I believe in you. You can and you will change this world, you just have to believe in yourself!
Sincerely,
 ~B

A Death Without A Funeral and A Life Without Breath

This tale is two stories woven together. it is the beauty of God's great handiwork.

Story #1
A Broken Death

Once there were two very broken people who found oasis in each other. It was such a beautiful, but so broken, friendship. The fights were endless, but so was the love. They fought for what they had for over a year. It was so difficult and they often wanted to give up. But how could they? The had invested so much. Time continued on and the young girl fell madly in love with the young boy. The young boy was not in love with the young girl but saw her as his friend. The young girl excepted this and became the best friend she knew how to be. She poured everything she had in to him. She gave him time, encouragement, laughter, and most importantly, love.. But the young boy was so lost he thought he could find him self by fixing the broken young girl. He thought he was helping but really he was hurting. He couldn't take the girl as she was, he had to fix her; to make her better. He tried to, but did not love her. He gave her advice, laughter, and a shoulder to cry on but not love. He watched her pour into him with all the love she possessed. He was so afraid of the young girl he told her he loved her just to help. But she uncovered his secret and all her hard work went to waste. He broke her and everything they had...

Story #2
A New Life

Once there was a boy. He was strong and tired his best to do right. He loved a girl but it just didn't work. He was broken when he found the young girl. She took his hand when he reached out. They began to speak and get to know one another. The boy liked this young girl but she was reserved and seemed to be very broken. They continued to talk and get to know each other. Time pasted and the young girl started to love the boy. The boy took a liking to the young girl. He was intrigued by her bravery and her love for their Maker. He liked how she loved so deeply and was so strong. She was beautiful to him. She made him laugh. He didn't have to be a different person when he was with her. As the time went on the boy feel in love with the young girl...

The Tale
A Death Without A Funeral and A Life Without Breath

Once there was a young girl who feel in love with the wrong boy. The young boy she loved did not love her. His understanding of love was twisted and broken. The more he touched her the more he broke her. She thought it was all her fault. Love isn't perfect, it breaks you. Isn't that right? But that wasn't right. She deserved a perfect love. A love from a boy who she didn't have to chase. A boy who wouldn't ask her to change for him. A boy who loved every little bit of who she was. When the boy she loved tore her heart out, she fell apart. Her Maker came a picked her up. He carefully put her pieces back together. He wove her heart to the boy she deserved. A boy who loved her with every fiber in his body. The Maker took their two broken hearts a wove them together.
The Maker gave the young girl a death that would have no funeral. But just when she thought she couldn't live anymore He gave her a life without breath; A beautiful life....

Broken--- A Tale Inspired By True Events

It didn't happen in one day. It wasn't like a common cold that just starts hurting one day and hurts for a few days, but then goes away. No it took months for this sickness to develop and there is no cure. It's not something that just happens, and definitely not something that just goes away...
She was young, only twelve years old. How could something so bad happen to a twelve year old? She was so innocent and had her whole life ahead of her. She dreamed of being kind, sweet, loving and unforgettable. She dreamed of having friends and living a life full of joy and love. She later learned dreams are mere fantasies. Day after day it got worse. She didn't know what to do so she pushed it away. Her hope faded but she still believed in her dream. She fought bravely. She prayed. She begged God to take the pain away and replace it with hope. But no answer. Her hope faded every time she felt the sting of the knife called depression, cut one slice deeper. One day she was done, She walked to a stream near her home. She dangled her foot in the running water. "Maybe it will be a quick death" she thought. "Maybe it won't hurt...If I just close my eyes, and dunk my head, it will all be over." Her face hovered above the water. Her heart made it's final beats. She could hardly breath. Then she heard it. A voice. "Child, is this your life to take? Is it not my decision anymore when you take your final breath? It it now yours?" She froze. No, it was not her life to take. Yes He still got to decide when she took her final breath. She pulled her head away from the water and began to run. She couldn't take a life that didn't belong to her.
The years passed. Death continued to knock on he door but she could never bring herself to answer. When she was sixteen she stepped back and looked at her life. She then learned dreams were only hopeless fantasies for young children who did not know better. She was not sweet, loving and unforgettable. She was mean, hateful, and no one remembered her. She didn't live a life full of joy and love but a life full of sorrow and hate. Her depression had gotten so deep that she no longer felt anything. She could not even cry anymore. Her life was lonely and so was she. She had one friend. He knew her well and watched depression eat her away day after day. He tried to help, he really did, but his efforts were useless. He saved her life a number of times and never knew it. But eventually he stopped trying. She stopped talking to him about real things and only told him lies. One warm July night she lay in her bed. The darkness of the night enveloped this lonely helpless girl. For four years she let depression eat her away. She didn't know any different. She made one last attempt at talking to her friend. But he had stopped trying with her and pushed her away. There she was, laying on her back, in the dark, friendless. She got up into the dark and walked to her fathers room. She could here his heavy breathing as she opened his dresser drawer. The cold metal of a gun touched her skin. She felt shivers down her spine, but took it anyway. She tip-toed out of the house and back to the stream. The same stream her face hovered above when she was twelve. She placed the barrel of the gun on her head. Death knocked on her door one last time and this time she answered it...

This story is inspired by true events. The good part is, is it didn't end that way; it just simply could...

Illness

Sometimes I get high

Sometimes I get low

But I'm calm as can be in a room full of strangers

But, oh my, don't try to get close

I'm just gonna leave

cause I'm a lone ranger

THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO FOR A PERSON WITH AN INVISIBLE ILLNESS IS MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY NEED TO PROVE HOW SICK THEY ARE ...

16

I turned sixteen today. This is a really big thing for me. Not only did I turn sixteen on the sixteenth or two thousand and sixteen but I have always wanted to be sixteen.
I really don't know why as a little girl I dreamed of being sixteen, but I did. Maybe it was because sixteen was my golden birthday, or maybe I just wanted to be old but still young. Either way, I am sixteen now and don't quite know how to handle it. I have been waiting for this birthday forever and now it's almost over.
The last sixteen years of my life have been a roller coaster ride. I don't really remember much of when I was super young, but I remember last year. :) Being sixteen and looking back on my life, I see so many things about myself I didn't know. Things that are good, and things that are bad. But I must except who I am.
So many great and amazing people have poured into my life over the past years. They have taught me and made me into the person I am today. I love them all for that. I hope that I make them all proud.
Since I spent so many years of my life having the goal of being sixteen, that I should have no goal now. But that's not true. My goal now is to be a better version of me. I love myself but there are parts of me that need to change. I want to change them and I am okay with changing them.
So here is to the years to come! Thank you to everyone who has poured into me! I love y'all!

Mom's Birthday

Today is my mom's birthday. If you ask her, it is a national holiday. I mean my mother was born today. It should be a national holiday. Whenever her birthday comes around, I do a lot of thinking.
Before I get started on letting you see a part of the inside of my head, I should make a disclaimer. This post is not meant to break your heart Mom. It is not meant to hurt people or any of that jazz. This post is simply what is in my head. More often then not inside my head is very painful to see. It's just how I am, so read at your own risk.
For those of you living under a rock, and don't know, my Mom and Dad separated when I was seven. Big deal right? Everyone's parents these days are separated or in the process of doing so. I have read way too many books where the parents were divorced and it was the norm. I hate to break it to you world, but separated parents is not the norm. It's not okay and it should be outlawed. Okay maybe not that extreme, but for serious. I know first hand the effects it has on the children in the situation, . To put it lightly, it sucks. In many cases the father leaves the mother with the children. But we are special and the mother left the father with the children.
I like to say that I remember practically nothing from the year or more that it took for my parents to actually divorce. But I actually remember a lot. I am really bad at timelines. I can't pin down when everything actually took place. The only thing I remember with time was the day it all began. I'm sure my parents were having problems before they told us, but they hid it well. I believe it was June 12th 2007 at like 6:30pm. Spaghetti was all over my plate and life was moving along like normal. I was surrounded by my siblings, and my little heart had no idea that in a matter of seconds it would shatter. It was like a time bomb; when time ran out the bomb blew up destroying everything in it's way. At that age I knew what the word divorce meant. So when it came out of my mother's mouth, on that summer day, the time on the bomb hit zero and everything blew up...
After that I don't remember being okay again. That night we all walked around and started the unending job of cleaning up the debris of the biggest explosion of my life.
Whenever my Mom's birthday comes around, or Mother's day for that matter, I think about her leaving. As much as I hate to admit it, I felt abandoned. That feeling has never left me. After that day in June, my mother was never there when I needed her. I remember calling her whenever I was sick. I would be in pain and want to hear her voice, because for most of my life, that was the only thing I could have of her. I would cry and want my mom, but she wasn't there. I would accomplish something and want my mom, but she wasn't there. Don't get me wrong, I love my mom! I love her a lot. I have forgiven her for everything, but I will never be able to forget. I have never really opened up about my Mom and how much she hurt me. I love my mom so much that I just couldn't. I couldn't make her cry, even though she made me cry a million times.
This post isn't supposed to make my mom hurt, or cry. But she probably will. I can't stop that. I can't change what happened those almost nine years ago. I just have to face it. Sometimes it takes me forever to face something. Or I'll just face it a little at a time. I face this a little at a time. Every year I face a little more, on mother's day, mom's birthday, and June 12th.
This was not the Happy Birthday sweet note, my mom wanted to get from me. (I did send her one of those) This is a part of what is inside my head. As much as I would like to forget everything, I can't, and I won't.
Happy Birthday Mom! I love you so very much! Thank you for being my Mom. Even though you are not always there, I truly forgive you for everything.

The Art Of Letting Go

Letting go is not an art. There is nothing artistic about it. It hurts, and is way to hard to do. No one is taught how to let go. We aren't born with the ability to let go of someone or something. Letting go hurts like hell, and no one wants to do it. You may say it's easy. That you are happy to let go of that, but if you are being honest, it wasn't easy. You weren't happy about it and you wish you didn't have to. The hardest thing to let go of is a person. As much as you like or dislike it, people are needed in your life. You NEED them.
Having people in my life as been one of the best gifts from God. God has greatly blessed me with a fantastic family. 10 loving and empowering siblings. Great friends and of course him self. But I hate letting go of people. Someone can even hurt me and I can't let go of them. God has richly blessed me but I never want to let go of those blessings. I believe that some blessings can run out. God can put some one in your life, but their time there can run out. The hardest thing is realizing that.
I put up walls because I'm afraid of letting people in. Not because I don't like people but because I don't want to lose them. I would rather not have them at all, then loose them, I love people...a lot. I'll be friends with some one but I won't let them really know me.
I met this person, A person I never intend to come into my life. They were just there. They weren't even important to me. I never was going to let them in, but God had other plans. Over the course of a year they became more important then my own life. At times, I wished they cared the same for me but I refused to get hurt.I couldn't love them, I couldn't. But I did. I did love them. I loved them a lot.I finally brought up the nerve to say I loved them. and they turned me to the wall. They loved me too but they didn't love me like I loved them. I swallowed it hard and put my head down. I tried to just get past it, but I couldn't. I refused to cry. They didn't deserve my tears. But they did. I couldn't get past it an I couldn't let go. I talked to them again and again, trying to give them every reason to love me the way I loved them. But they didn't, and they never would. They even said they never would. I didn't believe them and kept trying. Over and over again they would tell me the truth and I would make it a lie. I wasn't going to let my self get hurt right? But I did. I got hurt. I got hurt a lot! Night after night,I would finish talking to them, and cry.I knew it wasn't their fault they didn't love me that way. I knew that and when they apologized, I took the blame. I put my self in the situation. They were in tilted to their own feelings and I tried to respect that.
But after today, this has to end... I hate the Mary-go-around we ride. Time after time; Night after night; Tear after tear; Scream in the night after scream in the night. This, is my art of letting go. I still deeply care for them but I can't ride the ride anymore. I love them the same, and will treat them the same as before. But I let go. it hurts, and tears well every time I think of it, but I let go. I sill hope one day they will see differently. I mean never say never right?
But here's to you my friend. Thank you for being in my life, and loving me like a friend, even when I was far from lovable. I release you....

It's a Drug and It's Addictive

"Dear writer, I really want to ask you a question. What do you think of the porn industry and the damage/benefits it has or does to our society. What do you think it does to the individual who uses it?"
-Anonymous

In all honesty, I have been avoiding this question. I didn't want to try and answer it in fear I would mess it up. Say something wrong...
The topic of porn is a big and sticky topic. First off I want to say that I in no ways support the making or partaking of porn. Porn is by far one of the most harmful drugs in the world. Yes, porn is a drug. Once you start it is insanely hard to stop. But, you must realize that one can break free from the addiction chains of porn. Just like any other addiction it is very hard to break free. Not only is porn harmful to the person addicted to it, it is harmful to the person in it. We must realize that the people who are actually in the porn are real people just like us. They have hearts like us; They have souls like us; and they have bodies like us. Bodies that should not be used to sexually please every person who looks stuff up on the internet and runs across it. If we truly think about it, would we want our bodies to be exposed for the whole world to see?? Porn stars are just as important and in need of real love at we are. When in the act of partaking of porn, the people you are seeing are being wrongly treated. Every time someone clicks on porn they give money to the industry. As much as porn is addictive and you don't think you can ever stop, it is very, very harmful. Not only are you hurting yourself but you are helping hurt the person you are looking at.
Porn has had a very negative impact on society. Society has made it seem like a "normal" thing, when it is far from normal. I recently read this article called 10 Reasons why You Should (NOT) Let Your Boyfriend Watch Porn. (Side note: I would encourage you to read it as well) The first thing I thought when I saw the title was "Why would anyone be okay with there boyfriend/girlfriend watching porn?" But I didn't really know how accepted it had become in our culture and in my own peers. When I really started researching how today's people view the use of porn, I was shocked and very upset. I'm not innocent by any means, but I also have known how wrong and harmful porn is. Teenage girls think it is "perfectly okay" for there boyfriend to watch porn. That is what they have been taught so why not. But that mind set is so wrong. Girls should not have to settle for a boy who watches porn because they don't think they will find better and its the norm. A very common lie girls believe is that every guy watches porn. This is not true at all! Not every guy dose and every girl deserves a guy who is going to be so focused on her that he won't have time to search online for a different girl. But it is not just a guy thing. Many girls are addicted to porn too, and it is just as hard for them to get out of it. Every guy deserves the same as a girl. She should be so focused on him she doesn't have time to look else where.
Porn destroys people from the inside out. People get most damaged emotionally. They start viewing the opposite sex as objects for pleasure and nothing else.
So, I think porn is wrong. It has had a terrible affect on our society and that it hurts people.
Porn is a drug, and it's time we start treating it like one!

Together We Can Change the World

"Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth, agree on anything they ask for, it will be done for them by their Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them"
Matthew 18:19-20 NIV

Yesterday night I went to a bible study with one of my friends. We studied Matthew 18 in whole. It was a really great study. My eyes were opened to a bunch of new and amazing things. When we came to verses nineteen and twenty something really clicked. The pastor, who was leading the bible study, stopped at these verses and talked about them a little bit. He didn't say much about the verses but he did say that if Christians joined together in agreement they could change the world. They join arms and become like a brick wall to the enemy.
God truly has blessed me with five amazing christian friends. At this time last year I never could have imagined how great it would be to be their friend. but here I am today. It hasn't necessarily been always easy, with rainbows and unicorns, but it's been worth it. I wouldn't change it.
When I was listening to the pastor talk about these verses last night, I couldn't help but think of my group of friends. We agree on a lot of stuff, but what if we agreed on something and changed the world. Could we change the world? Yes!! With God with us, we would be unstoppable! We could really make a difference. I don't know how or in what way, but we could. Honestly this post is for my five friends.
Guys, it's been a crazy ride. I'm not the most lovable person in the world, but some how you still mange to love me. I haven't made your lives easy by any means. But you have never let me down. I know I can lean on you. I want you to know you can lean right back!
Thank you!

Technology

Technology is a big and controversial topic.
I got a comment from an anonymous reader which stated: "Becca, thank you for sharing your thoughts. I would like to know what you think about the effect of digital devices on society. If that's to weird of a topic for you,I would like to know your thoughts on texting during conversation?"
I was super excited about this. The topic is great but I mostly couldn't get over the fact that someone actually commented! Thank you reader!
Anyway...
Digital devices have only been in my life for a few years. Growing up we didn't have cable, (we still don't) so TV was a foreign concept until I was about eight and we visited my mom and step-dad at their home. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy watching TV. In fact, I enjoy it a lot, but not having it at home makes it easier to focus on my day to day life. I love movies and television shows. One of my biggest dreams is to be in movie one day. I'm serious; I think that would be really awesome. A television really isn't what you think when you think a digital device. But it really is. It's kinda where digital started. When I think digital device, I think phones, especially smart phones, Ipods, Ipads etc. Well technically they are mobile digital devices. These mobile devices are really the issue in society. I own an Ipod. It was a present, from my loving brother, for my birthday last year. I love having it and use it often. I use it most to text. I can communicate with my friends when ever I want. If I have a question I can take it out and use it to ask my question. I live pretty far away from most of my friends, so my Ipod has been really useful in my life. I say this so you know that I'm not innocent when it comes to mobile devices. I own one and use it often. But as much as I like being able to talk to my friends and family when ever I want, I truly feel like mobile devices have handicapped society in a way.
Last spring I went to a youth weekend for girls at my beloved youth group. A lot of amazing women leaders put a lot of time into the weekend. I really appreciated all the work they did. I got a lot out of the weekend. I decided to show my gratitude, I would write a thank you card. Thank you cards, on the other hand, where never foreign to me growing up. My parents always had us hand write thank you cards for everything. It's polite so I am thankful for the training. I assumed everyone did this. You can imagine my shock when I gave the head leader that thank you card, and she was flabbergasted. She told me the next week how crazy it was to get a handwritten thank you card from me. She went on and on about how awesome it was to get a handwritten note. I couldn't really understand this. I loved writing letters by hand. Didn't everyone write thank you cards?
My point of this story is that I think that mobile devices have kept us from reaching our full potential. Back in the day men used to get wives by handwriting letters. For the record, I don't think that mail order brides was a good idea, I'm just saying.
So to answer your question, Anonymous reader, I think mobile devices can be useful if used in moderation and properly. I hope that answered it. If not let me know and I'll take another shot at it!

Priceless

I went to this concert a few weeks ago. It was Winter Jam. It comes every year with ten artist for ten dollars. This was the first year I got to experience the phenomenon of Winter Jam. Ten Christian artists; Ten dollars; Rate is a ten. I had an amazing time and I look forward to going next year. It was defiantly worth my ten dollars. I had no idea what I was getting into when I handed my ten dollar bill to the smiling lady at the door. I had hopes of what it would be like but I had no idea that it would leave me thinking about something for the next weeks to come.
Many people know about the horrors of human trafficking. My brother feels very strongly about it. I first heard about it when I was eleven. My older sister took us to a informational get together, where they really just gave us more information about the sex trade that human trafficking is. I, needless to say was terrified. I had no idea girls my very age were being taken from their family's, sold as animals and then raped and beaten. Once they were taken it became their life. I used to walk confidently alone in Walmart and now a cowered behind my sister. Looking for anything safe to hold on to. Now that I'm older I don't fear it so much. But that doesn't mean it's not happening. I think the only reason I don't fear it now is because I know God is protecting me. I was blessed to live in the country where we try to keep girls safe from that. That doesn't mean it doesn't happen here. Because it does. There is no doubt about that. I believe in the protection of my God so I do not fear. But what about those girls who don't have that? What about the ones who are part of the sex trade? The ones who don't have any hope anymore?
"Every woman and girl is priceless!" One of the guys from for King and Country said at Winter Jam. I didn't know how much this simple, but incredibly powerful, phrase would do to my day in, day out, life. At the end of the show a friend bought me one of their priceless necklaces. They explained that these necklaces stood for the fact that every woman is priceless. I really wanted to be a part of that, and my friend saw that, so she kindly bought it for me. I wear the necklace around my neck every day. I have only not had it on one day since I got it. That was only because I put it on my night stand and forgot to put it back on. I feel it every day. When ever I move, it moves. Reminding me that it's there. Reminding me that every woman and girl is priceless. It's just a simple one cent coin form Australia, with a for King and Country symbol next to it. It's nothing fancy, but it means a lot.
A friend and I were tousling around one day and he said something about how I was worth as much as free. When he said it I felt the necklace heavy next to my heart. I got really irritated at him for what he said. I knew he didn't mean it but he said it. He apologized over and over again but I couldn't forgive him. He had the same necklace hanging around his neck. He was standing for the same thing, yet he dared to let those words come out of his mouth. I knew he didn't mean it but he still said it. We happened to be outside of church when he said it. We were pushing each other around as we were walking into the building. We always do that. I went through all of service, refusing to forgive him. At the end of the service we were preparing to take communion. I knew that I didn't dare take communion with out forgiving him and making amends. I got up out of my seat, my necklace moving when I moved, and sat down next to him. We discussed what had happened, made amends and took communion together. We moved on. He didn't mean it so  I forgave him. While he was apologizing to me over and over he leaned up close to me and said "I didn't mean it! You really are priceless." That is really the part that has stuck with me. I have never been told that I was worthless, but I also have never been told I was priceless. I am priceless. So are you. Every person is. But what about those girls who are never told that they truly are priceless, but instead are sold for a price. No person should ever be able to be sold, because no can pay the price for them. The only person who can is Jesus. And he did do just that. Every person who was, is or will be created was paid for with a very high price. The price of perfect human blood. We could never pay our own price, but or maker paid it for us. He paid it for me; He paid it for you; He paid it even for the hopeless girl who is sold over and over again for sex. The price he paid was his own life. Even if we gave our own lives it still wouldn't be enough. His life is perfect, our lives are flawed. But he died once for all. He paid the price for every one. Making it so that every girl, every boy, every woman and every man, is priceless.
Ever time I move, and feel that necklace on my skin, I think of all the priceless girls who may never be told the truth of who priceless they really are. This post is for them because they are priceless!!

Why This?

I had this thought, maybe your wondering why this? Why this blog? What's the point?
Honestly I wonder the same thing sometimes. I have been thinking about making this blog for a while now, and I just got around to it. I think that in a way, it will be an outlet for me. I express a lot through writing. I'm not disciplined enough to write a whole book, so why not write a bunch of small books. I intend for this blog to consist of stories, thoughts, and opinions. I'm not normally opinionated. I'd rather make everyone happy them voice my opinion. I don't think sharing my opinion is really that important.I'm not saying that it isn't important, just that I don't like voicing it. I grew up with ten very opinionated siblings. There's nothing wrong with that. In fact, I like it that way. I don't have to say anything, but hear all the opinions. It's part of being introverted. My dad always says I'm the quietest kid. I never saw how true it was until I thought about it. I really like it that way though. I love listening to my siblings debate or talk about things. It's always been that way, and it makes me feel safe.
Back to my original point, why this blog? I really don't know why. It's just a way for me to get things out. I don't like actually talking. But writing, I love. This blog is really just for thoughts. If you have a subject or something that you would like me to give thoughts or an opinion on I would love to. Comment and tell me. You can comment anonymously if you want.
Thank you for reading my first post. I really appreciate it. If you like what you read tell a friend. :)
